Ingredients: -
Vegetable oil: 1/3 cup
Chichinga (snake gourd) 3 pieces: round chopped
Green chili: 5 pieces
Onion chopped: 1/4 cup
Egg: 1 piece
Salt
1. Rub the snake gourd with the knife taking off the white skin.
2. 1 egg fry
3. Add chopped onion and fry it for 2 mins.
4. In non-stick pan heat white oil add green Chilly in oil.
5. Add the chopped snake gourd and fry it over medium heat. When the snake gourd becomes tender add salt. Stir it about 2 mins. Don’t Cover lid.
6. Lastly, add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste.
7. Take it out of flame when Snake gourd is done.
