Home Made booter Shahi  halwa Easy Sweet Recipe in Bangla | cholar daler halua | How to make chana dal Halwa


Ingredients:

Chickpea or booter paste: 500g
Sugar: 600g
Ghee (Butter): 50g
Mawa or khoya or khawa: 1 cup
Milk cream or Malai: 1cup
Cardamom: 3 pieces
Cinnamon: 4 pieces
Bay leaf: 2 pieces
Almond Nuts: 8pieces
Raisin (Kismis): 25g


Preparation:
Take 1 hour chickpeas into the water. Boil chickpeas and put into the basket until rinse the water. Make paste by blender. Mix Milk cream very well.

Method: 

Pour the ghee into the saucepan and heat it over a medium flame and fry it with cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf. Now pour the blended chickpeas past. Grab the medium flame and mixed very well.  Now add sugar and stir continuously till come to dry. Add milk cream and stir continuously till come to dry. Add Mawa/khoya  and mixed very well. Becoming dry add sliced almonds and raisin .
