Recipe type: Snacks | Fish fry
Ingredients: -
Hilsha: 4 pieces
Salt: ÂŊ tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
Chili Powder: 1 tsp
Mustard Oil: 1 cup
Onion slice: ÂŊ cup
Vegetable Oil: ÂŊ cup
Preparation:
Rinse water very well
Mix salt, turmeric powder, chili powder and mustard oil together with Elish.
Marinade 15-20 minutes.
Method:
Pour the Vegetable Oil ÂŊ cup into the saucepan and heat it over a medium flame
Deep fry Ilish mixture both side till it becomes light golden, remove the elish and fry onion on this oil.
Serve it hot to get better taste.
