You can make Amra Chutni easy recipe within 10
Ingredients:
Mustard Oil 2 tsp
Dry Red Chili 2 pieces
Panch Phoron (Five-Spice)
Amra -June plum (Spondias mombin) 4 pieces sliced
Salt ½ tsp
Water 1 cup
Chili powder ½ tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Method:
Peel the skin off the amra.
Fry the mustard oil and dry red chili continue to stir and mix well.
Add panch phoron (five-spice)
Now add the whole amra fruits.
Cook 3 minutes stir slightly and pour ½ cup water.
Add salt and chili powder and cover it and cook 5 minutes.
The water will dry and a thick gravy will form. Oil will start to simmer and float on top.
The amra will become very soft and smooth like butter.
Add sugar and cook 2 minutes.
