How to Cook Perfect Full Spicy Roasted Chicken without Skin
Full Recipe:-
Ingredients:
Skin off chicken 1 kg 300 grams
1 and 1/2 cups sour yogurt
Ginger and garlic paste together 3 tbsp.
Onion paste 1cup
Almond paste 1tsp
Salt 1 and ½ tsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp.
Ready mixed Roast Masala 35gm
Fried onion 1cup
Green chili 5-6 pieces
And yellow food color 1tsp
Vegetable oil 150ml
Preparation:
Marinade Chicken 2 hours
Method:
Wash the chicken well and rinse water
Folded wigs
Cut some place with knife on the chicken
Masala mix:
Take sour
yogurt 1cup
add ginger and garlic paste together 2tbsp
add almond paste 1tsp
add salt 1 and ½ tsp
add 17gm Roast ready mixed Masala
add yellow food color 1tsp
add lemon juice 1tbsp.
add mixed masala with full chicken very well
For fry:
Remove the extra masala on the chicken
Pour
the oil into the saucepan
Pour
the marinade chicken into the saucepan
Fried
the chicken 15 minute every side very well and heat it over a medium flame
Cover
the saucepan
Change
the side every 5 minutes
again cover the saucepan
When fry done
Remove the chicken from saucepan
Remove extra fried masala from saucepan
Add onion paste 1cup
Add left ginger and garlic paste
Add left marinade masala
Add few water
Add 2tsp ready mixed roast masala
Add fried whole chicken
Mixed masala very well with chicken
Heat
it over a high flame for dried the curry
Add green chilies and fried onion
Serve chicken in the serving plate
