Jorda Shemai 🍝HomemadeđŸĻ easy recipe | How to make jorda semai without oven for Eid | āĻāĻ°āĻāĻ°ে āĻœāĻ°্āĻĻা āĻ¸েāĻŽাāĻ‡


Ingredients:

Jorda Semai 100g
Sugar 1cup
TUNTUNI RANNA GHOR Ghee 2tbsp.
Cardamom 2pieces
Cinnamon 3pieces
Bat leaf, Raisin, Cashew, Almond
Preparation:
Fry cashew and smash
Method:
TUNTUNI RANNA GHOR Ghee 2tbsp.
Cardamom 2pieces
Cinnamon 3pieces
Bat leaf, Raisin, Cashew, Almond
Heat the saucepan
Pour 1tsp TUNTUNI RANNAGHOR Ghee
Fry the Cashew until the color is brown
Cashew fry is done remove from pan
Smash cashew nuts when is cold
Add Left TUNTUNI RANNAGHOR Ghee
Add bay leaf
Add cinnamon
Add cardamom
Add raisin
Add jorda semai
And fry on low flame
Add 1cup water. Stir only once and don’t stir any more. Cook on medium flame. When the water is almost drying out add the sugar and stir gently. Now cover the shemai and cook it on low flame few more until the sugar and water dries out. stir gently so that the bottom must not get burnt
cover saucepan for boil properly
add smash fried cashew
jorda shemai is done

When the semai is cold, it will become neat
