#Ramadan Recipe Chicken Shami Kabab

Description:
Ingredients: 1st part
Chicken Brest and leg mixed: 250g
Chickpeas / Cholar Dal: 250g
Ginger pest: 1tsp
Garlic pest: 1tsp
Onion slice: ½ cup
Cardamom: 3pieces
Cinnamon: 3pieces
Cloves: 3pieces
Salt: 1 and ½ tsp
Black pepper: ½ tsp
Ingredients: 2nd part
Egg: 1piece
Grilled dried chili pepper: 1tsp
Grilled Cumin ground: 1tsp
Grilled coriander seeds ground: 1tsp
Fried onions: ½ cup
3rd ingredients: Vegetable oil: 250ml 
Preparation:
We have two steps to make chicken shami kebab. Take 2-hour chickpeas into the water and put into the basket until rinse the water.
Method:
1st step:  Pour the all 1st ingredients together into the saucepan and boil it. After boil removes the bone from chicken and crashed or blend very well.
2nd step: Mixed all garam masala, fried onions and egg into the Mixture (Chicken kima).
Make round shape kabab of the mixture.
Pour the oil into the frying pan and heat it over a medium flame and fry kabab until the color is going to brown

Make delicious homemade chicken shami kabab.
